10k here we go! This plan is designed to get you ready to tackle that 10k for the first or fastest time, with a few extra tools to up your mental game and kick your training up a notch.

Expect to run 4-5 days a week, with a speed session, a tempo run and a long run every week. Throw in 1-2 easy runs, some reminders for strength, mobility and the often underestimated value of recovery, and you’ll be ready to crush that 10k feeling stronger than ever!
