Our mission is simple:

we provide exceptional coaching to runners and endurance athletes of all levels.

At StrideWise, we believe wholeheartedly in the transformative power of running. 

We seek to inspire and understand each athlete, working with them to curate a training journey that fits in their busy lives as they seek big accomplishments on the run.

As we build towards this mission, we live by three core principles that lead to consistency and success for our athletes.

  1. With roots in biomechanics and run technique, the “Stride” in StrideWise refers to our emphasis on technical proficiency to boost performance and resilience to injury. Running well is a skill and we provide tools for athletes to improve that skill.

  2. The “Wise” in StrideWise is inspired by our belief that we run our best when finding joy in the running journey and curiosity to see what's possible when we build mental resilience.  

  3. An encouraging, motivating and fun community is key to running our best! StrideWise athletes are runners and endurance athletes of all levels with a common belief that rooting for others is one of the greatest ways that we can strengthen ourselves and our communities. 

As a chiropractor, a physiotherapist and a kinesiologist turned osteopathic practitioner, each one of our coaches has strong roots in biomechanics and sport science and a talent for supporting athletes as they own the wins, savour the losses and use each experience as fuel for the next.
